TodoAiTrade ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our automated trading platform and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

a. Account Information

We do not maintain traditional user accounts with passwords. Your identity is tied to your Web3 wallet address (e.g., MetaMask). We store your wallet address to identify your configuration and trading history.

b. API Keys

To execute trades on your behalf, you provide encrypted API keys (API Key, Secret, Passphrase) for your OKX account.Security Note: Your keys are stored in an encrypted format. We only decrypt them at the moment of trade execution. We never share these keys with third parties.

c. Usage Data

We collect information on how you interact with the Service, including strategy configurations, trading logs, and error reports, to improve system performance and debug issues.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide automated trading functionality.
  • To execute orders on the OKX exchange via your authorized API keys.
  • To display your portfolio performance and trading history.
  • To improve our AI strategy generation algorithms (using anonymized data).

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your API keys and personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Service interacts with:

  • OKX Exchange: For market data and trade execution.
  • OpenAI (or similar LLM providers): For generating trading strategies from natural language prompts. No personal financial data is sent to AI providers; only your strategy description is processed.

6. Your Rights

You can delete your configuration and remove your API keys from our system at any time via the Settings menu. Upon deletion, we will remove your encrypted keys from our database immediately.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
